Enrollment and Degree Certifications
Current students may request a certification by logging into Blackboard and selecting 'Certification Request' on Secure Apps. Requests during the term are processed and mailed the next business day. Please note that enrollment verifications requests cannot be sent prior to the 5th day of classes. All requests made during that time are processed during the second week of class.
Former students or outside agencies may request an enrollment verification or degree verification online from the National Student Clearinghouse at www.degreeverify.org. Former students may also submit a written request directly to the Office of the University Registrar. The request must include the FSUSN or SSN, signature, date of birth, any other names, a legible copy of your photo ID, and the address to which you wish the certification to be mailed. Requests may be faxed to (850) 644-1597 or mailed to:
