How do I view the grades I awarded after the grade submission window closes?

You will be able to view the grades entered online through the Grade Roster Archive tool for the next five years. It is not necessary to print out grade rosters for department or personal records unless the department has established an internal policy to that effect. The archive tool replaces the “pink sheet” rosters for those courses that submitted online. Spring 2005 started the online submission process as a pilot. As such, a limited number of rosters are available online for this semester. Summer 2005 was the first semester in which all grades for all campuses, and locations were entered online. All grades from Summer 2005 forward are available through the online tool.

What is the grade roster archive? How do I gain access to the grade roster archive tool?

The grade roster archive provides individual faculty and departments a way to view the grades entered and to track which rosters have been submitted and which are still outstanding. This archive is the electronic equivalent of the "pink sheet" bubble rosters that are typically kept on hand in department offices.

Faculty will automatically have access to their rosters in the submission tool and the archive tool if they are primary instructor of record or a roster delegate in the University Course Schedule Master (CSM). However, individual access must be granted to individuals that have a need to see an entire department or college set of grades.
