Official Transcripts
Current Students:
- Current students may request official transcripts online. An FSUID logon is required to do so.
- Online transcripts must be paid for in full before they will be processed. The fee is $5.00 per transcript.
- Official transcripts may also be obtained by coming to the Transcript section of the Office of Admissions and Records (University Center A3900) and presenting your student ID.
Former Students:
Former students may request official transcripts by visiting http://campus.fsu.edu. Click the Activate your FSUID link to obtain the FSUID, which is required to proceed with obtaining your transcript.
Due to technological changes that have occurred since the time you attended FSU, you may not be able to obtain your official transcript online. Each student’s situation is unique, and therefore no precise date exists after which we can guarantee a transcript will be available through the online interface. If you cannot obtain the transcript online:
- download, complete, and print an Adobe PDF version of the Transcript Request Form
- mail or fax the form to the address/fax number provided on the form
- include a US check or money order with your mailed request form
- Should you require additional assistance, contact the Help Desk at (850) 644-4357.
Note: The Transcript Section of the Office of Admissions and Records will not release transcripts to students who have unpaid University fees. If you need an official transcript by a certain deadline, be aware that obtaining it will be delayed until you have paid any outstanding balance.
Unofficial Transcripts
Current Students:
Unofficial transcripts may be requested at the Transcript section of the Office of Admissions and Records (ID required) or online (FSUID logon required).
Former Students:
Former students may request unofficial transcripts by visiting http://campus.fsu.edu. Click the Activate your FSUID link to obtain the FSUID, which is required to proceed with obtaining your transcript. There is no fee for unofficial transcripts.
