Official transcripts. There is a $5 fee for each copy of official transcripts. Current students may request official transcripts online (FSUID logon required). Online transcripts must be paid for before they will be processed. Former students may also request them online at: http://campus.fsu.edu and click on the link that says "Activate your FSUID". If further assistance is needed with requesting official transcripts online, contact the Help Desk at (850) 644-4357.

Official transcripts may also be obtained in person in the Transcript section of the Office of Admissions and Records (ID required).

If you are unable to request official transcripts online, you may download, complete, and print an Adobe PDF version of the Transcript Request Form here. (Adobe Reader is available free of charge at Adobe's web site: www.adobe.com). Please mail or fax the form to the address/fax number provided on the form. Include a US check or money order with your mailed in request form.

Once your request has been processed, you may pay online (with a credit card or e-check) at www.fees.fsu.edu. You may also mail your payment in the form of a money order or check made payable to Florida State University to the address on the transcript request form.

Note: The Transcript Section of the Office of Admissions and Records will not release transcripts to students who have unpaid University fees. If you need an official transcript by a certain deadline, be aware that obtaining it will be delayed until you have paid any outstanding balance.

Unofficial Transcripts. Unofficial transcripts may be requested at the Transcript section of the Office of Admissions and Records (ID required) or online (FSUID logon required).
