- When you submitted your graduation application, you were asked to enter a mailing address in the Degree mail-to field, and if you did so, this is where your diploma will be mailed.
- If you did not enter an address in the field noted above, unless otherwise directed, the system will mail the diploma to the address listed in Student Central's Home address field.

Ordering a Replacement Diploma
We order diplomas weekly, and they are typically received within two to three weeks of the date on which we place the order.
To order a replacement diploma (size 11"x14"), you must send a written request with your signature and the information noted below. The Replacement Diploma Request Form is available as a PDF.
- Your name exactly as it should appear on the diploma
NOTE: If your name changes, include a copy of your driver's license or marriage license to have your new name printed on the diploma. - The semester and year of graduation
- Your major and degree
- Your mailing address
- A $10.00 check or money order (per diploma) payable to Florida State University

To have a diploma apostille-certified by the Florida Department of State, please send the following items to FSU:
- Send your original diploma OR send a Replacement Diploma Order Request Form (The Replacement Diploma Request Form PDF).
- If sending your original diploma, you do not need to include a $10.00 check or money order.

- If sending a Replacement Diploma Order Request Form, please remember to sign the bottom of that form.
- Enclose a cover letter stating the name of the country in which the diploma will be used.
- Include a $10.00 (per diploma) check or money order payable to the "Florida Department of State".

- Include a self-addressed, self-stamped envelope, OR a prepaid, pre-addressed airbill with envelope.
- Diploma dimensions are 11"x14"; please ensure the return envelope you provide is the appropriate size.
