DIPLOMAS AND TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE STUDENT HAS CLEARED ALL HIS/HER FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY (i.e., PARKING FINES, LIBRARY FINES, ETC.)
